A good shoot begins before the camera is set up. Not with a generic checklist, but with a calm look at the property: what should stay, what is distracting, and which small move will make the composition clearer.<\/p>\n

Let the space breathe<\/h2>\n

Personal objects, loose cables and surfaces filled without intention pull attention away from the architecture. Removing them does not make a home less real. It allows the way the space was designed and used to become visible.<\/p>\n

In bedrooms, linen should be considered without looking over-styled. In bathrooms, towels and products can work as details rather than protagonists. Outside, cushions, loungers and tables need the same care as the interior.<\/p>\n

Light and view<\/h2>\n

Curtains and blinds should show how the room is actually lived in without hiding the openings. Practical lights are checked, mixed colour temperatures are corrected where needed, and each room is considered in relation to the time of day.<\/p>\n

The view is part of the property, but it does not need to appear in every frame. The right balance shows both the landscape and the structure that leads towards it.<\/p>\n

Small moves, clearer images<\/h2>\n

A lamp moved a few centimetres, a chair aligned with an opening or a branch removed from the foreground can change an image substantially. Preparation is collaboration and observation, not staging that hides the character of the space.<\/p>\n

The clearer the intention before the shoot, the more time remains for the images that cannot be fully scheduled: light passing through a window, a quiet terrace, the moment a property finds its natural rhythm.<\/p>\n
